Qualtrics

Qualtrexs, Qutricks, Qualtrecs… it seems like all of these subject lines have hit my inbox in the last few weeks, and all of them are wondering what this survey tool is and how to get an account.

First things first: you spell it q-u-a-l-t-r-i-c-s, Qualtrics.  And yes, it is free for all DePaul faculty, staff and students survey software.  If you are in the College of Education and would like an account, you can email me or set up an appointment, and I can make you an account and walk you through how to use the software.

If you are debating between using other survey tools or switching over to Qualtrics, I would suggest you make the move to this tool.  It is easy to use and has a great online resource for questions and tutorials.  Also, what I think is the best part a great collaboration feature, which makes it easy to work on a survey with multiple people in different places.  In my blog post next week Tuesday I will highlight my top three favorite parts of the tool and the how-tos.
